Day 1
Your journey begins at London’s King’s Cross Station where the Harry Potter fans amongst you can take a selfie or two at Platform 9 ¾ . Before you board your train, decide if you’re more of a Gryffindor, a Slytherin, Ravenclaw or a Hufflepuff!

When you get to Durham, check into your gorgeous 4 star hotel and venture out to settle that rumbling stomach at the Undercroft restaurant! This scrumptious restaurant is located in Durham Cathedral’s medieval undercroft and offers an array of tantalising hot and cold favourites.

Whilst you’re in Durham Cathedral’s grounds, why don’t you explore the historic Cathedral itself? As one of the most lavish cathedrals in Britain, it is bursting at the seams with exceptional beauty that you won’t go forgetting in a hurry. Durham Cathedral is known as the earliest church to be sealed with a rib vault that went on to be used across the rest of Europe’s cathedrals. Enjoy the glorious state-of-the-art exhibition gallery and see if you can recognise the cloisters used in the Harry Potter film franchise!

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, try out the iconic Saddler Street restaurant. Hidden in a secret cove just off the street, it is created out of a 13th century cellar and gives sensational views of the River Wear – unforgettable!

Day 2
Enjoy a full day tour to one of the UK’s most popular seaside resorts – Blackpool. Thrill-seekers can brave the white-knuckle rides of the Pleasure Beach, from the iconic Pepsi Max Big One to the traditional Grand National, or slip and slide through the world’s longest indoor rollercoaster waterslide, the Master Blaster, at Sandcastle Waterpark. For a trip down memory lane, the Blackpool Tower Eye, with its 4D cinema and SKYWALK, is an awe-inspiring exploration of the town’s history coupled with exhilarating views from the floor to ceiling glass observation window. From 380-feet above the Promenade, you can descend to the depths of the Blackpool Tower Dungeon, where expert performers will regale you with their very own horrible histories of plague and torture. And don’t forget the Blackpool Tower Circus, with everyone’s favourite clowns, Mooky and Mr Boo. Animal-lovers can head to Blackpool Zoo for a day of family-friendly fun. There are more than 1,000 mammals, birds, reptiles, and invertebrates to see across the 32 acres of spacious natural enclosures, and plenty of space for kids to run wild.

Day 3
Enjoy an evening at Thermae Bath Spa featuring a relaxing spa session and delicious meal & drink in our Springs Restaurant. This ultimate indulgent experience includes a 3-hour spa session, including time in the Restaurant, complimentary use of towel, robe & slippers, choice of one dish from the menu and choice of a glass of specially selected wine, beer, juice or water.
